What's the definition of fast food? We expect to get in and get out fast! Not wasting time at all. But for this particular McDonald branch which I went, the service is just beyond slow. The problem nowadays is that the McDonald's employees turnover are so great that they do not have the time to even bother to train their staff properly.
The staff that served me have to turn to his supervisor to complete my order. Oh well.. I don't blame you for not getting trained. Afterall, you might leave after awhile. Part time job only right? *facepalm*
However, what I can't accept is that they always tell us: '' perlu tunggu 10min! '' (have to wait for 10 minutes). WTF If I have to wait, I would just dine in some western restaurants. But most of the time customers will just end up waiting. Just because their children is desperate to eat, or we just take McDonald for granted.
HELL NO! I prefer KFC! BOOYAH!

FiSh, I like fried chicken. So KFC it is :D
i just cannot stand the smell of chicken in kfc. That's why i prefer mcd and the service in ss2 branch is quite good :)
service in Malaysia... oh well, still a long way to go.
